StS Zero Backlash free couplings for torque transmission combined with high torsional stiffness, low moment of inertia and compensation for radial, axial and angular misalignments. Caters to torque capacity from 0.4 Nm to 5000 Nm with bore diameters from 3mm to 85 mm in divergent models, including plain bore/keyway, side and top clamping, internal and external conical hubs. Hubs are of Aluminium & Steel (based on torque) while the central flexible element is of Stainless Steel to transmit power and provide flexibility. Specials (on request) are also designed to suit individual requirements. Standard range covers spacer type ( with 1 side elastic coupling and the other side of rigid coupling ), flange type, brake drum construction and with removable gear rings (ideal for assembly/dismantling) ZEUS range of Gear couplings are the latest in their continuing range .These couplings comprise of 2 equal gear rings meshing with each other and connected through high resistance resilient rubber blocks. Elastic couplings offer flexibility between the shafts due to assembly conditions and the rubber blocks cushion the transfer of axial thrusts between the 2 shafts, due to their structural characteristics.
