ETP Keyless Bushes

All the advantages of ETP Classic and more - with just 1 screw to tighten and release for mounting/dismantling - for shaft diameters from 15 to 100mm. Has become popular all over the world, due to its simple design and being so user friendly. Also available as ETP-EXPRESS R ( in hardened stainless steel) or as ETP-EXPRESS C (plated in Electroless Nickel)

The base model launched originally, covering a range to suit shaft diameters from 15 to 100mm. Economical and easy to use with access from the front of the component.Hub-Shaft Connections  is the same as ETP Classic, but in Stainless Steel, specially needed in Pharmaceutical, Food and other areas where needed.

 Hi-Torque Transmission - Keyless Bush  Primarily designed for heavy duty applications, where heavy radial loads are needed (for shaft diameters from 50 to 220, as a standard - but manufactured to cater to any shaft diameter).A hydro-mechanical joint,needing a hydraulic pump( from 600 to 1200 bar pressure) to fill the empty space in between the double walled sleeves for mounting and dismantling

A mechanical unit to complete the 'family', for shaft diameters from 6 to 14mm. Also available as Small Shaft Diameters - Keyless Bush in stainless steel.

ETP keyless bushes feature a double-walled sleeve filled with a 'Medium' and tightening mechanism. These form a solid continuous connection between shaft and hub when tightened. All locking device models slide onto a shaft easily and securely lock in position shaft mounted motion control components. They disassemble equally fast. These Connections are hence ideal for positioning and locking components in a system where frequent assembly and disassembly occur or frequent re-adjustment is required. These products replace keys and keyways, for connection of a shaft to a hub. Keyway transmission increases the cost due to various operations involved including down time, machining time, lateral shifting of key-ways in process, etc. Also it is extremely difficult to set the center-line of the key-way exactly symmetrical and parallel to the radial plane. There are ETP keyless locking device models designed to solve specific requirements such as high transmittable torque and special applications. Due to shorter lengths and diameters they are also more compact than their mechanical cousins. They are the best solution where keyways and tapers can weaken due to excessive usage or when high torque and a good runout are required. ETP Classic and Express models are also available in stainless steel for corrosion protection.
